1. Agreement to terms
By accessing https://grabnsmilephonecase.app or placing an order with GrabNsmile Mobile Accessories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases on our site. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and pricing
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS). where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
4. Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion (e.g. due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud). Payment must be completed at checkout via our accepted methods: Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo), Visa, Mastercard, Paystack, or Flutterwave. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times and fees are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect address information supplied by you.
6. Returns and refunds
Our return policy allows unopened items to be returned within 7 days of delivery. Defective products may be exchanged or refunded within the warranty period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including logos, text, images, and design — is owned by GrabNsmile Mobile Accessories or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, GrabNsmile Mobile Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
